What do you like best about Intradiem? I like the idea of the automation to help elevate some of our manual work. Unfortunately, rules become corrupt, and servers disconnect continuously so they aren’t dependable.

What do you like best about Intradiem? This has been a great tool for assisting with taking call center agents off the phone to take shorter assignments. There have been a few glitches this year with assignment deliveries. However, the responses from the support team is very timely.
