What do you like best about InTouch CRM? This CRM keeps me literally "In touch" with my clients every month, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc with just a quick click. I love how easy it is to set up groups so I can tag certain clients so they receive the appropriate email. What do you dislike about InTouch CRM? What do you like best about InTouch CRM? I love that I can set up groups and campaigns attached to each group. I can market for up to a year in less than 10 minutes. I also love the reminders that alerted to daily. I like how I can add members to the same family and add birthdays and anniversaries. What do you dislike about InTouch CRM? What do you like best about InTouch CRM? Email campaigns that you can setup to stay in touch with your sphere of influence are awesome. I also am pleased with the ability to post listings (mine or other agents in my office) directly to social media before hosting open houses. Keeping Blogs active on my website is also great.
