Cannot function without Intervals!

What do you like best? The ability to capture tasks in a reliable and intuitive system so none of my team's work can fall through the cracks. Was looking for an alternative to the bane of my existence - Basecamp am so far happy

What do you like best? API access. The interface isn't dumbed down to the point of idiocy. The object model does what we need. Projects -> tasks-> time entries. Using the API I was able to integrate my personal time tracker with intervals What do you dislike? The access models don't work with our workflow.
