"Have been using Intergy PM and EHR since 2005"

What do you like best about Intergy? The Practice Analytics reporting system provides us meaningful information about our clients' cash flow. What do you dislike about Intergy? Enterprise system is more geared towards a large multi-specialty group and not as much a billing company. What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you? MIPS reporting. We have been able to receive MIPS incentives through using Intergy and its reporting.

Users are happy with Intergy, plus there's someone to call for help.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Everybody on the team is pleased with Intergy. There's no need for hours of training to learn how to use it. We were able to figure it out pretty much on our own. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We can not use it on our phones. So far, I don't think that they have this option. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Communication from doctor to patient is done faster and more conveniently, ...

PROS: Everybody on the team is pleased with Intergy. There's no need for hours of training to learn how to use it. We were able to figure it out pretty much on our own. CONS: We can not use it on our phones. So far, I don't think that they have this option.

It’s good news that we have Intergy in our workplace.

PROS: We are now transitioning into a paperless work environment. We are slowly getting rid of old charts and paper works, and Intergy plays a huge role in making this happen. CONS: I don't recommend using it on tablets because it can be challenging to do much work.

"Intergy - GRS"

What do you like best about Intergy? The ability to reach a person, I can understand, when I have an issue and need assistance What do you dislike about Intergy? Good thing that I decided to use Intergy for our practice; things became more organized.

PROS: This tool can specialize in many functions that make it easier to run a medical practice. It comes with a wonderful reporting feature that can guide medical practitioners as to their patients' specific needs. Also, it makes it easier to schedule checkups to monitor if the patient's health is improving or not. CONS: I've noticed fewer issues with the overall functionality of the application every time they upgrade the version.
