"Intergy"

What do you like best about Intergy? Scheduling and Patient flow tracking for multiple providers. Having different appointment types in different colors. What do you dislike about Intergy? You can't always create the report criteria needed for a specific task without adding more fees. What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you? We have used Intergy for years, and it helps us run our clinic daily.

What do you like best about Intergy? Ability to have personalized workspaces. What do you dislike about Intergy? Can not personalize the standard reports. What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you? Intergy makes it easy to access patient data in one place. Helps to keep track of who was involved in the patient's care.

"Good product with great support teams"

What do you like best about Intergy? I love that the layout of Intergy is very straightforward. I also appreciate the support that they offer. What do you dislike about Intergy? I find it difficult to easily track vaccines and document additional information within the med admin tab. What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you? There are a lot of benefits with Intergy - and I will say that if you have a great idea, Intergy will work to implement that in future upgrades.

"Intergy is user- friendly, basic, and uncomplicated"

What do you like best about Intergy? Intergy is easy to navigate. I find the information needed for patient care with ease. I like the availability of medication costs per pharmacy in the prescribing section. What do you dislike about Intergy? If I need to edit a work task note, no editing is available once it has been saved. There are misspellings or incorrect information documented that need to be revised. "Intergy is an okay EHR"

What do you like best about Intergy? 1) The ability to customize the build as needed. 2) Flexibility in some are of the chart and how to document. What do you dislike about Intergy? 1) There are many ways to do the same thing - causing confusion and others to create their own workflows. What problems is Intergy solving and how is that benefiting you? It does not take long to figure out how to use it.

PROS: One of the best features is the layout. It's so comprehensive that you can use it right away. CONS: I still need time to discover anything that I dislike about the product. So far, it makes things easy to deal with in the office.

Been using this software for more than a decade, and we are delighted.

PROS: One of the most useful features that we use daily is the reporting tab. It gives us a clear idea of our clients' things mainly seeking from their health partners, including costs of treatments and laboratory fees. CONS: They put too much focus on treatment plans, which is not bad at all. But they should also aim to improve their billing side to help partners like us earn a steady stream of revenue.
