What do you like best? I like that Intapp has embraced AI to help capture work time spent reading emails, reviewing pdfs of important files, and work done on my mobile phone. Intapp makes it easy for me to select different matter numbers for various clients and projects. Intapp also has many categories and fields that allow for precise time capture. What do you dislike? Great program for entering billable time

What do you like best? It’s a program to easily keep track of time. What do you dislike? Sometimes intapp lags, making it slow for entering my time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With intapp, I am effectively tracking billable hours for cases.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Simple to use. Great that it lets you input narrative codes and search for them What do you dislike? Once you have released the time you cannot edit it, or even cut and paste same entry notes Recommendations to others considering the product: Start now. What do you like best? Difficult to use because you cannot assign files to a certain person but must manually star each one yourself What do you dislike? It is likeable because it captures what you have done for the day What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As stated above it can be easier to track time and sort of easy to search

Great time keeper in need of few improvements

What do you like best? The timekeeper software has an intuitive design and is easy to use. The creation of timers couldn’t be easier. It is nice that it automatically assigns different colors to the timers as well. Overall, InTapp is an excellent way to record time across many different projects. What do you dislike? Intapp Provides Comprehensive Billing Solutions

What do you like best? I like being able to filter released and non-released time in order to meet both firm and client billing deadlines by timely turn around of Invoices. It's a good program for everyday use in a busy law firm. What do you dislike? The format and appearance of the Invoices could be improved and/ or condensed. Sometimes they appear cluttered or run onto a second page when I think it would be more visually appealing to be simpler. Recommendations to others ...

InTapp review

What do you like best? I like how user friendly it is. I use this periodically to put time in for my boss, and it is fairly intuitive which made it an easy adjustment to a new software. What do you dislike? I dislike that at the bottom where it shows total hours, there are two lines that show red, both closed entries and number of pro bono hours. What do you like best? I like that it can send the attorney the "timebuilder" reports of their incoming/outgoing email and calls for the day to help them building their time. What do you dislike?
