What do you like best about InSync by Qualifacts? Although the product is robust enough to do whatever we want it to it is simple enough to really make it easily navigable for our teams. However, this would be the best part of InSync but their training, program and support teams are amazing. So hands down the customer service is the best thing, even with such a great product.

I really like how you can run reports that are very comprehensive and export to excel with filters already build in, patient portal, update of the software, insync university, customer service,and speed of the system.
