Instream is an awesome application.
What do you like best? This is a very easy way to use and configure to keep track of the clients. The interface is well designed. Its limit in contacts made it not worth it, since other products do not limit the number of contacts and my company has more than 100 thousand contacts. It was not clear in which place if you buy premium (which is only a few dollars higher than what we currently use if it would be for "unlimited" users as the price indicated per user. It is an easy to use software, effectively useful and fits all my goals.
