This crm software for us has been very attractive on favorable results for the company, so I liked the configurations of the management of the tools, they have been very useful in context and also we have not seen any break or problem with the system and be able to perform the tasks. Great and nicely developed CRM tool.

What do you like best? The GUI follows normal standards so it's user-friendly, getting started is quite much instant I really like how it incorporates and monitors conversations via email and shows lead / opportunities relevant social media posts etc. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is a good tracking tool to our projects. Since we are broadcasting campaigns via email, it allows us to see if the content we sent out is being opened. It also allows you to easily create campaigns and categorize contacts.
