The support is worst

The support is worst, the site is so slow, always show an error when search by hashtags. I tested the free for 3 days, because of the errors I couldn't test, I have contacted the support, I didn't get a proper answer and didn't solve the issues.

product doesn't work anymore

product doesn't work anymore. Been waiting 4 weeks for a refund and keep getting told its coming and they are waiting for somebody to return to process it. Happy to take your money but no service after. Don't be tempted. It simply doesn't work. Continually saying my refund is a week away and I’ve been waiting 7 weeks. Liars.

Do not use instazood

Do NOT use instazood I used it for a second waisted 50$ and my account is now DELETED gone I had an insta with 6000 followers and a ton of customers. Instazood f*cked.me.over big time. And I'm not the only one other accounts I have are being blocked day after day. Instazood needs to go shut it down you are ruining accounts. DO NOT USE INSTAZOOD IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JUST WARNING YOU

Use to work but now it doesn't. Paid money, waited, and nothing. The PayPal to pay is also weird so warning ya'll. Instagram has probably blocked and caught on with instazood. The person who replies back to these reviews is scratching their head and saying how apologetic they are that their system is messed up and are doing their best to correct the app. IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN WHY ARE THERE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT INSTAZOOD SAYING ITS NOT WORKING? HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WILL SEE THESE REVIEWS ...

Worst thing ever..

Doesnt work at all... I set up all my filters and everything to let instazood reach more people but the result was soo dissapointing. Worst part came when I wanted to re-log my account. Because I thought maybe ıts becasue o the new features of Instagram they couldnt adapt themself yet so ıts more about some thecnical issues and there is some bug happenening. I used Instazood for a long time and…

I used Instazood for a long time and used to work incredible.. I tried it again recently but it didn't work in any way.. no activity whatsoever. I was very patient with it and recommended Instazood to many people. When it didn't work I emailed support and literally no reply.. It has gone down hill. I didn't get a response which was very disappointing

Their new app does not work at all

Their new app doesn't work at all. You can only do 5 likes at a time. The tasks won't load into social bridge and now the entire Instazood interface is down. The dashboard will not load.This company is a scam.Be sure to do a chargeback to get your money back.
