What do you like best? The easy with which alerts can be configured is outstanding. The fact that the alerts can be channelized to multiple delivery channels is very useful . What do you like best? As UI developer, knowing console error for various client browser is the most helpful feature. Also it shows requests from various geographical location which is very helpful during analysis and sometimes serves as a pointer to a bug you are looking into. What do you dislike?
