Really useful tool, easy to setup, full of features!

What do you like best? The screenshots, stacktrace, and device specific information for all crashes is super useful. The bug reporting tools for end users is great! What do you dislike? I wish there were integrations, like with Jira for example. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot, it’s really easy! What problems are you solving with the product? Instabug - the one bug I like.

What do you like best? I love instabug because my customers love the convenience of being in a position to instantly provide feedback. A win-win for both. What do you dislike? Billing issues - for some reason, they are not easily resolved. It took me some effort to get them resolved and I am not fully convinced that it has been fixed for good. Definitely something to use with app development!

What do you like best? I like that it is easily allows users to add their issues/recommendations for the app easily. Screen shots are uploaded effortlessly and crash reports are sent automatically. This is easy to maintain and review the responses from users. This also allowed our developer to track down bugs/hiccups. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that we are able to go back to old tickets and be able to review issues that we are having within our Alpha and Beta app. What do you dislike? That some of the features have been taken away and we are unable to see some of the issues from reviews. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
