Turn bugs into growth opportunities
What do you like best? An easy interface for users to get in touch without our team. A way for our team to be aware of issues affecting our users and turn them into happy users and ambassadors. There is no going to back for us after we tried error reporting on shake/screenshot
What do you like best? shake/screenshot to report automated repro steps attaching screenshots and screen recordings to reports drawing on the screenshots in-app chats What do you dislike? Invaluable tool for tracking down user-reported issues
What do you like best? I love the visual flow for usage you get with each bug report. It's an amazing tool to track down what users are seeing - they aren't always the best at explaining problems. What do you dislike? My only complaint about Instabug is with account management. There are several places where it's difficult to change settings, easy to accidentally rack up unwanted charges, and accidentally sign up for features you don't want. Instabug has been great for collecting employee and user feedback for our app!
What do you like best? The ability for users to easily submit feedback, with gestures. What do you dislike? I'd say tracking errors / issues not quite as robust as a more full-featured tool like Sentry (which we use in conjunction with Instabug). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting user feedback that translates directly into Trello tickets has been the biggest task item.

Has the potential to become a great product but the are still bugs
What do you like best? The APM monitoring and the crash reporting that included Network logs What do you dislike? The system has still a lot of bugs and the company should work on this. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you fix all the bugs and the cx should give faster solutions What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can monitor our network api calls see the crashes and there is way to reproduce
