Invaluable tool for tracking down user-reported issues

What do you like best? I love the visual flow for usage you get with each bug report. It's an amazing tool to track down what users are seeing - they aren't always the best at explaining problems. What do you dislike? My only complaint about Instabug is with account management. There are several places where it's difficult to change settings, easy to accidentally rack up unwanted charges, and accidentally sign up for features you don't want. I've already dealt with two scenarios ...
