What do you like best? Super easy to setup with Instabot's UI flow editor. Easily integrates Google Calendar to setup. What do you dislike? Dev docs are a bit on the simple side in terms of integrating into modern JS frameworks where external scripts are loaded by config as src .js only. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Instabot has the features and flexibility to create real solutions beyond just an auto-responder for your website or social page. I've been using Instabot's chatbot to walk users through a checkout flow, and I haven't even delved into all the integrations that are possible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Most other chat apps provide the programmable bots for a premium, and Instabot includes that in their base product which is awesome. I also like the NLP node - very slick.
