Great Support Team and Intuitive Product!

What do you like best? It was fairly simple to launch, easy to make changes on the fly, their system is easy to understand for the non tech users. Their support team is responsive and helpful. The best part is that it to has helped us increase a consistent lead funnel on our website. What do you dislike? I would of liked to have additional chat templates to choose from. Build chatbots in minutes

What do you like best? Very intuitive user interface to design the bot and taking away all the pain of immense hard work that you guys have put in. What do you dislike? Currently Instabot doesn't support a mobile SDK. Hope its coming soon. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have already built an conversational model to help a user find right product, they are looking for.

Great overall

What do you like best? Onboarding was great and comprehensive. They setup a bot for me which was a huge time saver since I didn't know the platform yet. The product is perfect if you just need a chat bot that works well, has great features, and good integration options. It isn't trying to be anything else than a great bot product. I tried Drift but it was way more than I needed and way more expensive for where we are with bots and our marketing overall. What do you dislike? Could use ...

It's a bo

What do you like best? It's a typical bot. I guess marketing can say we put the technology of Siri right in your own website. What do you dislike? It's the greatest thing anyone's made since Siri. But it's not Siri. Recommendations to others considering the product: I wouldn't recommend it. I don't want a future where every website has one of these. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instabot is just an add-on.

Love Chatbots

What do you like best? I love that I don't have to be on guard to respond to messages all the time. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike about instabot as it answers for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solve the issue of having someone always available to answer questions. The benefits are saving time and money not having to pay staff to monitor accounts.

Great Product - Awesome People

What do you like best? The intuitive design for the bot designer makes it very easy to get a bot up and running. The support I've gotten from the sales team and tech team has been phenomenal. Another major advantage is pricing. Instabot offers a lot of the services that more expensive venders add in for a cost. The script node offers a lot of customizable power in the bot. Best decision I've made in a long time

What do you like best? Instabot is intuitive, seamless, and cost-effective. I have doubled my leads since switching to Instabot. I used two different website live chat services for 3+ years prior to using Instabot. I used to spend $4000 a month on live chat leads. I know spend $500 a month and get twice as many leads.
