Great Platform - Responsive Support

What do you like best? The chatbot platform works as promised. It is simple enough to create powerful chatbots including meeting scheduling. Combined with Zapier you can create really enterprise-grade services. Their support is responsive and they can fix bugs quickly. What do you dislike? Super easy to integrate

What do you like best? Super easy to setup with Instabot's UI flow editor. Easily integrates Google Calendar to setup. What do you dislike? Dev docs are a bit on the simple side in terms of integrating into modern JS frameworks where external scripts are loaded by config as src .js only. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer conversion.

What do you like best? We were using Intercom before, and although it had lots of integrations, it lacked simple basic features. Instabot is much more intuitive and simple. The UX for setting up a bot is straightforward and provides many options. It's weird, but other providers don't give you the simple option of setting up nodes with multiple questions with the option to the user of responding to multiple options at once, for data colecting purposes. What do you like best? Instabot has the features and flexibility to create real solutions beyond just an auto-responder for your website or social page. I've been using Instabot's chatbot to walk users through a checkout flow, and I haven't even delved into all the integrations that are possible. What do you dislike? Great Support Team and Intuitive Product!

What do you like best? It was fairly simple to launch, easy to make changes on the fly, their system is easy to understand for the non tech users. Their support team is responsive and helpful. The best part is that it to has helped us increase a consistent lead funnel on our website. What do you dislike? I would of liked to have additional chat templates to choose from.
