Third time user of InsightSquared
What do you like best? Insight Squared was recommended to me by a board member at least six years ago and I've used them at every company since. I love the continuous dashboard visuals and predictive nature of close rates by sales member, team and organization while being much more user friendly than salesforce. InsightSquared is a Crucial Sales Analytics tool
What do you like best? Powerful, intuitive pre-built dashboards to analyze sales team performance. It makes it possible to answer any question I (or any member of my team) have while also prompting me to ask questions I hadn't thought of yet. What do you dislike? Getting it set up takes a bit of sales ops time. It is a bit challenging that you have to go to another platform as opposed to just Salesforce for our reps, but those are tiny issues. Fantastic Sales Analytics Tool that Provides Actionable Insights and Comprehensive Reporting
What do you like best? InsightSquared is incredibly intuitive to use immediately. The platform makes Salesforce data far more usable by allowing for various pivots that break down our opportunities on a granular level. The platform is really helpful for analyzing historic trends to better forecast future performance. Excellent Product, Excellent Service!

InsightSquared is delivering on that elusive combination of sales and marketing analytics bringing us closer to a true SSOT all while delivering excellent CS, an easy implementation, and a beautiful UI! Insight Squared brings actionable insights to the forefront
What do you like best? The Insight Squared solution is appropriately named. Unlike BI solutions, one does not have to seek an actionable insight because it is visible right up front. There are not only charts and data that can be exported, but the actual insight appears right in the heading on the page. What do you dislike? Analytics in just a click!
What do you like best? Easy of use and customization. Reports are super helpful from the title to the chart and data table below. Dashboards are great to keep reports together based on their purpose. They even offer model dashboards, making it super easy to quickly create insightful and useful metrics. What do you dislike? Great insight on sales KPIs
What do you like best? The set up was so quick and value was delivered really fast. Plenty of reports, KPIs, information... all you need to manage your sales team with decision based on KPIs and not opinions or feelings. Also very easy to use, today is a every-day basic tool for our team. What do you dislike? User friendly, easy to navigate, great customer success program
What do you like best? IS2 is great for answering quick questions or checking validity on assumptions. It's easy to navigate and change between different currencies. Additionally, their customer success team is outstanding. Involving tech support when needed, but also just incredibly responsive and quick. What do you dislike? InsightSquared is a great tool
What do you like best? Plugged it in and got data right away. That rarely happens when using a 3rd party Salesforce App. Great tool for managing pipeline. What do you dislike? Rep adoption is low, and they aren't getting the benefits of the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pipeline insight. Rep v Rep performance. Sales by Product Family. PIpeline flow is a great report.
