Analytics tracking that's very easy to utilize.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the dashboards. They're very easy to customize. I can come up with a with a bunch of reports the moment I log in. That way, I get to see the things that are essential to me the moment I'm in the platform. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would've been a bit simpler generating new reports. It kept its promises twice!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I made a purchase of InsightSquared twice. And that's for two companies. The simplicity and ease of generating insight to my data within SFDC is insane. I like getting the IS2 team within my disposal in answering questions or making configurations of new assumptions. We wouldn't be where we are without InsightSquared.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Business analytics are typically overwhelming. That would be in terms of the what's currently available and determining how to make use of data. InsightSquard helped me make reports that are easily understandable and which ones to take actions on. I'm able to make my way in and do strength and weakness analysis for all team members. A tool to own for any sales team that is metric- driven.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm able to look into each sales cycle aspect, patterns of behavior for every sales person, and remain focused on our goal. I like how I'm able to send in reports to colleagues, consultants, or team leaders. I don't have to be within the organization to do just that. Sales teams that are maturing should use this tool!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Worth buying! InsightSquare offers fantastic charts and reports. It answers a lot of questions that a majority of sales teams are facing. Set up was a breeze. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It can take up a lot of time making changes in huge changes to dashboards/reports. Never had a better experience with a product or a company
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? See, you might get a great product one day, but it won't mean a thing without great people to work with. InsightSquared is a powerful tool that our Sales management team relies upon heavily
What do you like best? The reporting is amazing and the interface is really great. What do you dislike? Overall end user support and dymanic reporting
What do you like best? The feature to utilize basic SQL to build complex graphs and charts. InsightSquared also allows us to apply dynamic filters and to modify the data in real-time. InsightSquared knows how sales organizations run and they provide actionable reporting, unlike SFDC.
What do you like best? It's easy to use and intuitive. It has most of the reports I would need OOTB and what's missing they have been able to help us add. What do you dislike?
