What do you like best about Insights? The accountability is the best part. Staff decide their own goals, and are then held accountable to stick to those goals. What do you dislike about Insights?

What do you like best about Insights? meetings are set up regularly, not just once a year and there are several areas to grade yourself and get graded in, it really accounts for everything

What do you like best about Insights? 1;1s are easy to follow. Also, preparing for your 1:1s, as they make you go through your goals and tasks before yo have your 1:1 with you manager. I like that they don't use scores and that you can assign accountability to your tasks by finding ways to define when you are behind, ahead or on track.

What do you like best about Insights? The best part is the user-friendly interface. If used properly it can give you a proper performance tracking of every individual resource.
