What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's an intuitive platform, overall very simple and easy to use. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Some things don't make sense. For example, why can't you use existing organizations and contacts as leads? Why can't you have multiple leads for the same organization and contact? What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps keep track of all my sales goals, leads, opps, pricing and samples.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Being able to filter everything has been a great benefit. Whenever we need to customize something we have a work instructions that shows how to filter something down to what exactly you need. And it works! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that I can sort through different filters to narrow down my search. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Once I have entered my Tracking information for shipping, it automatically disappears instead of asking if I am finished with the project. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that I can find any information super quickly. As an employee at a small business, to have Insightly as our hub for all information, files, contacts, and data is super helpful. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There isn't much I dislike about Insightly. I'd say my only dislike is when I download files, the files download with underscores in the titles. Other than that, there's not much to dislike. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Intuitively navigatible software with great reporting tools and helpful customer service.
