What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Clean presentation, Good color contrast makes it easy to see and read, and use. Specially if you are working long hours What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes it takes too long to interact with other software. we use twilio for phone system, and somtimes corky. "Simple and straight to the point"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I liked the pipeline up above and the separate tabs in one view from top to bottom. I like how a lot of things are found in reports. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? "Easy to Navigate"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? That is has enough folders to sort out each deparmtent into their each and own reports. I also like the scanning options when in-store. "Reliable and consistent."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? After getting a grasp on how to use it, it's been extremely consistent, any errors I've encountered are usually user based. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Difficult to learn and understand initially. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding timelines of projects, providing effective communication to customers.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy navigation, easy upload. Reports are functional, simple to run and update What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Had a bit of a hard time linking email to Insightly and tracking the outgoing data to clients. a bit manual What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? tracking what we are doing and how a sale moves through the process

"Organized System - Customizable"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I think the system is user-friendly, and every level salesperson can use it. It is also very customizable to what your orgnaization needs. Overall, an excellent CRM system. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There is not a lot that I dislike about this system. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped to keep everyone's business deals organized. Management can go in and review the pipeline at any time.
