"CRM that's perfect for small business"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM has an easy interface that allows us to customize the program for our individual company. "Transparency"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What is most helpful with our CRM is the transparency we have w/ remote offices when looking up other pipelines for review & discussion when necessary. "Fully Customizable - Reporting Lacking"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Objects and fields can be easily customized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not terribly intuitive. And the reporting requires a lot of skill. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us in scheduling our trainings. The Insightly calendar is useful.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of use. We are able to make this work for us! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It is not exactly what we need for the kind of sales calls that we are making but we were able to make it work for us. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? "Nice but not as robust as we need it to be."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is user-friendly. Very self-explanatory and simple to train new users on. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The lack of integration between accounts and contacts is frustrating for a company that works sales using account-based methodology. Report building is also tedious, and they tend to break often. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? That we were able to create a project page inside a project page. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Everything you need in a CRM is all here. From top to bottom, the CRM is organized in such a way that you are able to find anything and everything in a very easy and seamless fashion. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
