What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Troubleshooting is possible. We had an issue with duplicates and the developers were quick to correct that. When used consistently, it does help increase conversions. "Easy to Use & Intuitive CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is quick and easy to use. I can record call details in under a minute. It is easy to search and group information that I may need to look at, and it is easy to filter info so that I see just what I want to see. We also use the invoice function and that is super fast. "Transparency"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What is most helpful with our CRM is the transparency we have w/ remote offices when looking up other pipelines for review & discussion when necessary. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Objects and fields can be easily customized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not terribly intuitive. And the reporting requires a lot of skill. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us in scheduling our trainings. The Insightly calendar is useful.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is simple, direct, and cohesive. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are a lot of different features which can be helpful but also is difficult to find thee most efficient way to house information/reporting/data. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Project specific data and department specific reports.
