What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the copying emails to the project in insightly. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? When opening new tabs I have to log in everytime. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM is easy to navigate and organizes client info very neatly. After a year of use, I have no trouble finding the information I need on any given account. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It is occasionally difficult to find a customer's account when the direct account code is not available. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The followup reminders and Sales Dash Board. Also the loading of leads and converting them to opportunities and projects helps you track the sale and set reminders to followup. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? "Insightly needed better UI graphic design and more intuitive features."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Project management and workflow was best features. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There was not enough customization options and some of the features were not intuitive. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It was helping with project management and workflow. I did not use the CRM portion of it because there are better CRM's available for real estate agents.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows me to connect contacts with opportunities to keep personal and account information accurate and separated. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ability to track projects and preset tasks, and then have access from all my devices be it phone, Ipad or desktop.
