The latest upgrade, which allows you to integrate Insightly with a Chrome extension so that all contacts and templates can be accessed through Gmail's sidebar, is the finest. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of access from any device anywhere, ready to use for work remotely and in the office. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The only Dislike is sometimes crashes, but that's pretty occasional. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving workflow management, ques are simple and better to track workflow coming in and out.
