What do you like best about Insightly CRM? One thing I love the most about Insightly CRM is how the projects are structured and how easy it is to find the information we need. "Great software, gets the job done."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? User friendly interface that is simple for our CX team to navigate. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes it would be more convenient to be linked straight to an account rather than have it pulled up on the side bar. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Its an easily accesible platform for our CX to quickly pull up the accounts of our clients in order to assist them very quickly.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is a place where I can organize all of the communication for an opportunity. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It can be difficult to know what tools are available and how to use them. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have not had a consistent method of tracking.

"Great CRM to help manage client prospect data."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that you can work through prospects from an Account and Contact level and really drill down on all activity for each account. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Reports are difficult to customize at times and painful to pull in certain data for specific reports. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing customer data from an agency perspective. Their customization has helped us really make it our own.

Some issues with lags, delays and duplicates on populated links for submissions. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Accuracy and data capability. More opportunity to over communicate and update/share data in a timely matter

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? sorts alphabetically by customer and tracks quotes/sales activity What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? slow to enter data, but stores alot of information What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? organizing quote/sales activities better than our own CRM system enables me to find quotes and orders

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I liked the organization of the individual contacts. Like a Rolodex for us old schoolers. I like how the tabs open up for more information on contact. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Maneuvering around took me some time to get used to. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Making calls and organizing the tabs for sales reps on team.

"Best tool to give the actionable Insights"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The best part about this tool is its inbuilt integration with the CRM. Also the ease of OOTB connectors with which you can integrate with other tools makes it one of the best out there. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
