"Best and intuitive CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? "Organized System - Customizable"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I think the system is user-friendly, and every level salesperson can use it. It is also very customizable to what your orgnaization needs. Overall, an excellent CRM system. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There is not a lot that I dislike about this system. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped to keep everyone's business deals organized. Management can go in and review the pipeline at any time.

"Works well enough for our initial use cases but we've outgrown it"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that it works as a quick way to start up our CRM needs initially across the company. It handled marketing, BD, growth, and ops needs for the time being. However, could be better. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? "Insightly is a beast!"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is robust and integrates well with other software tools. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Navigation between pages is slow to load and a bit clunky What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly has become the one stop shop for all employees to view project pages as the source-of-truth. It certainly increases productivity.

"It is a lot more user friendly than SalesForce"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is easy to use. I love the capabilities you can do with it to integrate with AutoCAD. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I dislike the fact that it can't have more fields inside of each custom object. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is being able to utilize instead of having to use excel as embedded links within AutoCAD

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? WE've got so many uses for it, it is so helpful and great in many ways! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I wish that the integration with quickbooks was free it is kind of a bummer that its not! There are times that it switches up without letting us know before hand What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We can communicate as a team and understand what happened in the last call withour customers which is very beneficial to us

"Easy, to the point"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy navigation, easy upload. Reports are functional, simple to run and update What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Had a bit of a hard time linking email to Insightly and tracking the outgoing data to clients. a bit manual What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? tracking what we are doing and how a sale moves through the process

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's an intuitive platform. If you know how to use google, you'll be able to start using insightly CRM without much trouble. "My thoughts on Insightly"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ability to streamline data regarding our firm's opportunities and print customized reports summarizing the data. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It takes awhile to learn all of the components. I'm stilling learning all it has to offer! What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly allows us to reach out clients with marketing efforts and track the success of those efforts.
