No brainer for engaging leads better
What do you like best? Using Insent has been a great experience for us so far and it has improved our top of funnel strategy. We are now able to qualify inbound leads a lot better before passing them on to sales What do you dislike? Could have more integrations with our existing marketing stack products What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're engaging leads more effectively and qualifying them before investing heavier sales resources

What do you like best? I love the Chat Bot and Slack Integration. What do you dislike? I wish there was a mobile app for this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great experience and overall customer support What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've seen significant increase in sales conversion of Inbound traffic.

A game changer!
What do you like best? It's had a massive impact on driving more leads -- product is really simple and easy to use What do you dislike? Love everything about the product so far What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having visibility across of how leads are engaging with our team has been crucial - we have a much tighter grasp and understanding of the business

Excellent chatbot solution that increased our website conversions
What do you like best? -Easy to use -ROI within a week -Improved conversions -Lots of features -SDR team likes it What do you dislike? -Still waiting on some additional integrations, but nothing mission critical What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? -Identifying website visitors -Identifying prospects that engage with our content (e.g. case studies) -Connecting online traffic to leads in our CRM

What do you like best? - Really great customer success team. The way they pre-configured the platform for us was amazing. What do you like best? Insent along with my Hubspot has really helped me personalize experience for my ABM strategy. Insent has a seamless integration with hubspot which has really helped us to identify and keep tabs on our prospects. What do you dislike? Easy to set up; Allows direct conversations with prospects, esp repeat website visitors
What do you like best? Insent was really easy to set up. We've previously tried several different chat services on our website, but the integration process is never as easy as the documentation claims. This actually was pretty straightforward to install and configure, including linking it into Slack. What do you dislike? It doesn't have an integration for ZenDesk, which would be nice.
