What do you like best? In our industry, customers call wanting a specific item with certain attributes. The query function allows the user to drill down to multiple conditions. It will also help with the training process. What do you dislike? The scheduling process for updates and fixes. What do you like best? This gave us the one source of truth that we didn't even know we so desperately needed. Rock solid solution

What do you like best? Very easy to use and powerful PIM system. Data updating and reconciliation is very easy. What do you dislike? The design of the backend is a little outdated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to optimize product texts for several clients for better SEO and conversion rates.

What do you like best? I like how user-friendly the interface is and how seamless it will make our processes. We have a ton of information on our website and this system will make it much easier to make updates to the messaging and images. The level of customer service has also been great!
