Best customer support

Innago makes managing properties much easier. But I love the customer support. Seriously, they have the best customer support. I've been using the service for a few years now. And while it doesn't have every little feature I want, maybe I give it a 8/10 for that -- the customer support brings it to a 10/10. Thanks Innago CS team.

"Good for tracking communication"

What do you like best about Innago? Innago allows renters to submit maintenance requests. This feature is helpful because it keeps all communication in one spot with time-stamped replies. And although we haven't done so, you can also forward the request to a handyperson of choice so they have all the information.

What do you like best about Innago? I love the quick responsiveness of customer service. Sometimes, I would get a little lost, but once I emailed or called someone, I was given an answer within a couple of minutes (sometimes an hour), usually with screenshots. I also like that they have webinars to educate people on how to use the platform, and best of all, it's FREE!

In app emailing and messaging is a great feature that allows easy communication with tenants. The screening process makes finding a tenant easy. You can also build your own application. The users feature allows you to add on members of your team, property owners, maintenance, and more. Any issues encountered will be swiftly resolved by Innago Support.
