I believe what they are doing is fraudI believe what they are doing is fraud. I had this one month, paid $79 and saw them do not 1 thing. I am disputing their charges through my cc company. Don't do this!

Scam . Only a few weeks in they kept saying my password wouldn’t work even though it was clearly working for me. Therefore they stopped activity on my account over and over again and to make matters worse my Instagram was blocked for 2 weeks. The supposed customer service is non existent. Templated auto replies that don’t even answer questions or address concerns. Asked multiple times for a live call or communication and this request was blatantly ignored as well as ignoring password ...

Signed up with Ingramerand got 99$…

Signed up with Ingramerand got 99$ subscription , only to find out that after getting everything setup , Few hours later got password error , kept resettting my insta password and trying to login on Ingramertool to no effect.Finally got rid of this painful experience and cancelled my subscription.Hopefully i will get my refund.

No costumer service

There is no way to communicate or ask questions. The only option available is the payment option!

This was the worst experience

This was the worst experience. I was so disappointed with the service. The IGinsights did not coincide with It's dashboard and metrics. I couldn't track properly. Idon't know what accounts followed. I noticed the ones that did, dropped off/unfollowedquickly. Ingramer does not track the unfollowed accounts. It only measure the followed.There was no actual person that was assigned to my account.
