What do you like best? It has so many features - probably more than you will ever need. It saves me a lot of time on a daily basis by taking care of the follow up I need for my clients. What do you dislike? It has a steep learning curve - but once you've got it down, it's amazing. What do you like best? The interface is simple and clear and is very easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Can't really think of anything substantial. Recommendations to others considering the product: Can't think of anything What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Setting up email sequencing is much easier than we were previously doing. The benefits of this are huge as everything is taken care of automatically rather than manually.

What do you like best? I can send invoices and collect money easily. My team is able to collect as well. What do you dislike? I would like for it to seamless connect accounts payable and receivables to QuickBooks Online. I like that Infusionsoft goes beyond just standard email marketing and distribution and provides us with a wealth of analytical tools and campaign programming options. I love the flexibility to create campaigns and with the tools, goals, custom landing pages, tags, reporting, etc in the builder; you can really make a campaign function exactly how you want it to work!
