"Powerful but could be more intuitive"

What do you like best? I really like the landing page builder. It is one of the easier features to use. The automation shows a lot of promise and proves to be powerful once you learn how to use it. I also love the chat support option! What do you dislike? Features (especially within marketing automation) are hard to understand and often difficult to locate. What do you like best? What I like best about Infusionsoft is how it can automate so much of my small business. Unlike other software that forces you to adapt the software to your business, you adapt Infusionsoft to the uniqueness of your own business. What do you dislike? Reporting could be better with Infusionsoft, but since it is open API and has a large open marketplace of apps you can easily find an app or export data to get the trend reports you are looking for. What do you like best? I love that I can collect invoices, create appointments (synch with all my calendars), create emails and campaigns with simple yet beautifully designed formats. What do you like best? The marketing automation. I work with a high volume of contacts so it keeps things from falling through the cracks. What do you dislike? The automation can sometimes be a chore to stop if someone no long wishes to be contacted and I'm not in the office. What do you like best? I like the help desk. I like the ease of moving elements and creating adaptive measures. I like knowing my customers are going to receive the emails. I like the visualizations and the fact that I can correct and manipulate individual records to correct my inevitable mistakes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I use a program to manage my marketing funnels, evergreen webinars , sales and member area (10xpro). It has some sophisticated options for advanced automation that depend on the email program I use to have advanced features. Infusionsoft is the only program that let's me use every advanced feature. What do you like best? The campaign builder is incredible. If you're creative enough and know how to use the software (takes time) you can automate ANYTHING for your marketing strategies. One thing that doesn't get much attention is the Actionsets module. It's a legacy tool in the system but man does it do a lot! Actionsets expand all possibilities. What do you like best? Keap truly is a centralized location for just about everything you need to run your business. I liked having my contacts, my invoices, my quotes, my marketing automation, and even a phone number all in one place! I never had to leave the web version or the app on my iPhone to get things done.
