I highly recommend this solution to everyone

PROS: This tool allows me to put everything into place and to convert a prospect into customer and then everything goes automatically. We are in touch with our customers and we can deliver even more product information to them in less time. We can interact with our customers on the phone and make them purchase our product and service.

Excellent client management platform

PROS: I love that I can store all my leads and clients in a single system. The dashboard shows call back reminders which is very helpful. I can relax because I know I am tracking all my prospects and clients without anyone slipping through the cracks.

"Our favorite CRM!!"

What do you like best? There are many many features to enjoy about keap. It includes invoicing, pipeline creation and great deal management. However, my personal favourite aspect is the usability, it's just so easy compared to other CRM's that I've used. What do you dislike? I guess it is a bit top-ish in terms of price, but you do get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, Zapier integration would be good - which I think is due to be released in the near future. "Simple to Use. Software great for automations. Used with an e-com store."

What do you like best? The software was simple to use. We were able to get multiple team members to learn it quickly. It provided simple reporting tools as well What do you dislike? "Keap is a tool I use thousands of times each day...without lifting a finger!"

What do you like best? The best part about Keap is how customizable it is. We run a sales room of over 100 salesmen and Keap handles all the back end automation that happens thousands of times each day. What do you dislike? About .001% of the time it does not do what I want it to do. "Brilliant CRM - Been using for 10 years now."

What do you like best? I like its flexibility to provide me everything I need for my business. The training and support has only got better and better too. What do you dislike? "Infusionsoft is the best"

What do you like best? I love the ecosystem. There are really helpful people in the facebook group as well as other groups, and tons of integrations from the partner ecosystem. What do you dislike? What do you like best? 1. Automation! This has saved my team countless hours of typing the same responses or copying and pasting templates. 2.
