What do you like best? I love that I can build a million-dollar machine for myself and my clients that help to create a consistent experience of excellence for our customers. What do you dislike? The user interface is getting better. The ease of use factor has been challenging in the past. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love that I can collect invoices, create appointments (synch with all my calendars), create emails and campaigns with simple yet beautifully designed formats. What do you like best? What I like best about Infusionsoft is how it can automate so much of my small business. Unlike other software that forces you to adapt the software to your business, you adapt Infusionsoft to the uniqueness of your own business. What do you dislike? Reporting could be better with Infusionsoft, but since it is open API and has a large open marketplace of apps you can easily find an app or export data to get the trend reports you are looking for. "Love the automation"

What do you like best? The marketing automation. I work with a high volume of contacts so it keeps things from falling through the cracks. What do you dislike? The automation can sometimes be a chore to stop if someone no long wishes to be contacted and I'm not in the office. "The complete package to run your business"

What do you like best? Keap truly is a centralized location for just about everything you need to run your business. I liked having my contacts, my invoices, my quotes, my marketing automation, and even a phone number all in one place! I never had to leave the web version or the app on my iPhone to get things done. "Unlimited possibilities for automation"

What do you like best? The campaign builder is incredible. If you're creative enough and know how to use the software (takes time) you can automate ANYTHING for your marketing strategies. One thing that doesn't get much attention is the Actionsets module. It's a legacy tool in the system but man does it do a lot! Actionsets expand all possibilities. What do you like best? The great help that is available for those who want to get into the power of keap. Its ability to integrate into most of the market applications is wonderful. What do you like best? The best part of Keap for me are the way you can use tags to manage Contacts, Marketing Automation Campaigns, and Dynamic Content.
