Great value for money

PROS: I simply love Infusionsoft’s amazing customer service. The app offers plenty of features and the vendor educates users by providing a lot of help areas. Plus, the customer support agents provide prompt and helpful answers to all my questions. As a result, I have been able to successfully implement the system in my company.

Invest your time in Infusionsoft to get good results

PROS: I love that Infusionsoft offers lead generation programs, post-purchase follow up, and marketing automation all in a single system. These features help me to continually collect info about our shoppers and prospects, their preferences, buying history, the links they click and more in a single place.

PROS: I like that I’m able to get to know all our subscribers while recording the information. InsfusionSoft makes the personalization simple thing. With this tool analyzing data is simple and easy thing to do and to put widgets on the dashboard.

PROS: This tool allows me to put everything into place and to convert a prospect into customer and then everything goes automatically. We are in touch with our customers and we can deliver even more product information to them in less time. We can interact with our customers on the phone and make them purchase our product and service.

Excellent client management platform

PROS: I love that I can store all my leads and clients in a single system. The dashboard shows call back reminders which is very helpful. I can relax because I know I am tracking all my prospects and clients without anyone slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best? I like its flexibility to provide me everything I need for my business. The training and support has only got better and better too. What do you dislike? Being in the UK, we still cannot integrate it directly with Text messages but that is coming soon. "Keap is a tool I use thousands of times each day...without lifting a finger!"

What do you like best? The best part about Keap is how customizable it is. We run a sales room of over 100 salesmen and Keap handles all the back end automation that happens thousands of times each day. What do you dislike? About .001% of the time it does not do what I want it to do. What do you like best? I love the ecosystem. There are really helpful people in the facebook group as well as other groups, and tons of integrations from the partner ecosystem. What do you dislike? I wish Infusionsoft was a bit better with B2B. Everything is so contact-centric that it's a bit difficult to keep track of all interactions with a company, as opposed to a person.
