What do you like best about Keap? I love that Keap provides a guided experience for you so that you're not paying for a program you don't know how to use! "Good Platform, terrible customer service. They do not care about client relationships"
What do you like best about Keap? Ability to create. I have to keep typing because they require I have minimal characters in order to leave a review. What do you dislike about Keap? Limited amount of fields I can create. There is no ability to pull back after deletion. Keap managament does not value clients or relationships. Stop controlling my data input. What do you like best about Keap? You can do everything from one system. Email blasts, tasks, automation and you can also put a pipeline to track your deals. The coaching classes are worth it as well What do you dislike about Keap? The only downsides are that the app isn't as efficient as it is on the computer. What do you like best about Keap? I just started using Keap in the last week. It seems very comprehensive and the interface is nice. Time will tell if it will do all of the things we need it to do! What do you dislike about Keap? The developer documentation and code samples are very poor. I can't imagine why, after so many years in business, that they don't have better documentation. "Disappointed in the advice received frm AE @ KEAP that would have avoided a contentious cancellation"
What do you like best about Keap? KEAP is designed to follow internet leads and convert them to customers. It was not suited for maintaining relationships with existing customers. We were very excited about the demos and recommendations not when it came to using it as a CRM it was way short of what we needed and we canceled after the first counseling session. "Great tool, great training"
What do you like best about Keap? I love the simple format for entering data, the space for all notes , but most of all I love that it sync's with my email for one space for all my records. What do you dislike about Keap? I wish that when you created tasks that it linked with my calendar. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you? I am now able to keep up with all my contacts and keep all notes in one easy to access place!
