What do you like best? I love that I can apply "tags" to my customers. It makes it very easy to search for customers who match the criteria I am looking for in order to generate leads to fill my sales pipeline. It also allows me to quickly see what the customer's history with us by searching tags rather than manually looking in the "person notes." What do you like best? I like having one place that organizes so many contacts.Once you get into a groove of how to organize your pipeline, you can move through follow ups pretty fast. What do you dislike? I do wish there was more flexibility in certain areas. I would rather have a check box section to count my "touches" instead of rating how "hot" they are. What do you like best? Keap's data analysis is top notch. Assuming you set up your campaigns and tags properly, understanding where your contacts come from, receive from you, and end up is easy!
