"Good value for money but sometimes complicated to use"

What do you like best? The dashboard is great as you can add your own saved searches and reports. I also like the fact we can add customised fields and tags. We use the landing pages a lot and the sequences which are quite sophisticated. The email campaigns are reasonably priced too. The software is quite easy to use for the sales side. What do you like best? I can send invoices and collect money easily. My team is able to collect as well. What do you dislike? I would like for it to seamless connect accounts payable and receivables to QuickBooks Online. Recommendations to others considering the product: Help with integrating with QuickBooks online What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Delegation to my sales and administrative team.

"You Get What You Pay For: A Low-Rent CRM"

What do you like best? The canvas feature of the campaign setting. Automated emails are pretty easy to set, and setup of the platform is easy. What do you dislike? You have to batch download contacts from the CRM, which takes hours. Their customer service is non-existent and hard to reach. You cannot easily download your CRM contacts, so be prepared to spend > 1 hour on exporting. Their API system is awful. And they hold your data hostage when you consider switching CRMS.
