"Complete Solution"
What do you like best? In my opinion, the heart of an automated marketing system is the campaign builder. The graphical interface makes it easy to see how each campaign is structured. The reporting shows statistics so you know how each element is performing. This is a complicated product with lots of features. That requires highly trained support staff. "Its a great software, I have been using it for many years!"
What do you like best? The ability to create campaign and to easily setup funnels for many applications. What do you dislike? There is some chunkiness to be able to manage your inventory for what you have in stock. I think it could use some tweaking that would help with reporting and inventory management. "Great for Small Businesses"
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to add in new contacts and keep everyone organized. Being able to send out invoices this easy is a major plus! I also like that I can have it on my desktop so I don't have to be staring at my phone. What do you dislike? I wish the text/call features were better. I found out I can't do group texting which is frustrating at time. And it takes a bit for the app to open. I wish it was faster when I was trying to respond to a text message or ...

"Keap doesn't make it easy enough for me to use it regualrly"
What do you like best? My company does email marketing and direct mail via Keap at no cost. I like that. What do you dislike? I found it hard to get visibility into my contacts. I couldn't easily pull up a list of contacts and their e-mail and addresses, for example. Recommendations to others considering the product: I am sure that if you put enough time into Keap, it will work for you. What do you dislike? It has a steep learning curve - but once you've got it down, it's amazing. "An international business with no staff"
What do you like best? The automation is amazing. We really can operate a business in 25 countries with no one on The payroll other than my wife and myself. What do you dislike? The e-Commerce module is a little bit clunky for my liking. International date formatting is not consistent across the module and credit management is more difficult (and time consuming) than it needs to be.
