Trouble is once you've accumulated lots of customer and prospect data and have systems that use all the functionality, you are locked in really. What do you like best about Keap? I can't say there was anything I liked about keap. All i was able to do was import my client list. Everything else was very confusing. What do you dislike about Keap? Extremely difficult to use. Does not offer any free onboarding. Onboarding is through 3rd parties and is extremely expensive. Keap is incredibly complex, confusing, and hard to use, even if you are tech savvy. also, the order forms are sub-optimal What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you? The largest value in Keap comes from the incredible automation power and its ability to integrate with most services

I don't love that I have to pay extra per user when that user is just an Admin who needs access and the occasional automated email sent to her. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you? Keap is allowing me to reach my current list and convert leads into customers with an automated sales pipeline.

The online support has been phenomenal and unmatched from any other program I've worked with before. What do you dislike about Keap? The price point is a bit higher than other programs.
