What do you like best about Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial? Infor is very easy to use once you understand how forms and data work. Reporting structures are easy to customize and use.

What do you like best about Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial? After the initial learning process, Syteline has been easy to work in. There are some glitches and that gets a little irritating, but for the most part, I enjoy working in Syteline.

Poor Integration of add on modules, Extremely poor response times
PROS: Fairly easy to use, decent process flow. Order Entry and pricing are full featured. CONS: Integration of add on modules such as, Configuration, CRM, PaceJet shipping, Credit Card processing is VERY poor. Foreign Currency conversions do not function properly. It should not take 20 seconds to save a single sales order line transactions. It should not take 10 -15 seconds to open Home Pages, and 360 pages.

What do you like best about Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial? Stability of SyteLine version 8.03.11, our current version; not many bells and whistles for users like Dynamics GP but it does the job well and seems to be a good fit.
