What do you like best? The ability to integrate with e-mail and store every emails I send and receive is great. What do you dislike? no dislikes at the moment, everything is going fine with icrm from my standpoint What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best about Infor HMS? Great website. Great lay out. East to access and very user friendly. Highly recommend this website to anyone who needs to book reservations.
