PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easier to learn than other maintenance software like SAP. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The add on for ordering parts is an absolute nightmare that still doesn't work well 3 years of upgrades. The single biggest sin of this program is it will not allow a planner of open multiple groups work orders. Two is the absolute minimum required. Three is beginning to be acceptable.
