What do you like best? I like the ability to pull in data from different sources. All database drivers come included with Birst so you don't have to pay any third party for the drivers. Being able to plug our data from Salesforce into Birst was huge because Salesforce really restricts which data you can pull. What do you like best? Real time visibility to more users quickly - into sales forecasts, shipments, inventory and more What do you dislike? integrating on-premise data with cloud components is always a challenge with any BI product - for the real heavy lifting we use a more robust integration software then the ETL tool that is offered inside Birst product. BI Tool - Good but could be better

What do you like best? I like the capabilities to filter quickly and produce results fast. There is flexibility in choosing the data you would like to see What do you dislike? Exporting to excel was not a delivered function and had to be requested, which was odd for a reporting tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the need for upper management reports.

Good BI tool for smaller companies

What do you like best? Cloud based - All you need is a web browser to use this tool. What do you dislike? Performance can be a bit poor if you go by SaaS model since data is hosted on their environment What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Good Value. Cloud Based and very easy to scale. Great UI and easy to use - I created a dashboard in under an hour. Accessible outside out corporate firewall. Birst, a dashboard tool for any size company

What do you like best? As a cloud solution, the tool is available 24x7 and for any of our users, internally and on the road. We have several offices outside our firewall and these offices can access their information without using VPN. What do you dislike?
