What do you like best? Full stack. BIRST covers the full scope of BI & analytics. Capabilities are the key value. What do you dislike? Some rough edges in the user interface. What do you like best? I like the best that in time and if the foundation is built properly to begin with that this could be a successful Self Service Tool for the user community with benefits / training. I also like the ability to do Crosstabs and not create multiple reports if I want to view the same query different ways. Awesome! What do you dislike? Excellent do-it-all product with a few frustrations

What do you like best? Birst can automatically create a data warehouse (DW for your business if you just connect it to the right data sources. Most customers will use it entirely in the cloud and will use their automatic DW solution. For complex data situations, like ours, it can be used more traditionally, designing the DW manually and hosting the application internally on our own servers. What do you like best? Birst is VERY receptive when running into issues and their user community is very helpful. Their Dashboards 2.0 are a step in the right direction in regards to HTML5 usage.
