Powerful tool With High Learning Curve

What do you like best? Ability to setup Dashboards that are very informative with good KPIs. The subscriptions are also great tools to use when look at reporting tools. It comes as a PDF, but individual reports can be exported as csv files as well. What do you dislike? The time it takes to set up a report and drill across to the desired view.
