A slow descent of service...

What do you like best? For what works well, you can really do a lot. What do you dislike? Their service is / was (2015-2020 customer) very buggy. We had bi-monthly calls with them, but there was little progress to show, and no prioritization to correct long-outstanding major functionality that simply didn't work. After using other BI Tools, I felt that user interface is not that great as other BI tools

What do you like best? Visualizer is impressive, and using reports in Dashboard was easy. Also, you can do data modelling pretty easily. What do you dislike? Slow and documents were not available in initial phase. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We did one migration from IBM COGNOS and it was challenging as BIRST was new and many functionality were limited. It takes lot of time to figure out data modelling

There is better out there

What do you like best? It is an ok tool for very simple visualizations and calculations. The opening speed of visualizations is very good. That's maybe the only one thing I liked about it. What do you dislike? I worked with Birst more than two years in total. The journey was full with advanced BI development items that the Birst tool was not able to do. Good tool but lagging behind in new features

What do you like best? The ease of use and the ability for end-users to get started and build dashboards is unrivaled. What do you dislike? Data provisioning and transformation capabilities are limited -Birst conenct is a good tool but lacks the capabilities and finesse. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We moved from SAP BW 3.5 to Birst and the result is a big savings on TCO and a great UI experience

Nice tool for customer insights and trend analysis

Amazing tool for visualizing business intelligence

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Incorporating to company sites is easy with this app, and it’s great in creating reports that meet customer demands. Convenient to install and integrate but difficult to learn

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It easily handles metrics with super intensive key performance indicators. Reporting and presentations are easier too since it has helpful subscriptions in PDF files. Such files can also be converted to individual papers in CSV file format.
