Flexible chart maker

What do you like best? I have used Infogram for 4yrs or so and found it easy to create charts and icons. Quite complicated charts are interactive which means a lot of information can be presented at one go and there are plenty of options for customisation. There are many features I have yet to explore such as linking charts to external data sources but the basics have been a great asset. What do you dislike?
