Fun, intuitive, still a work in progress

What do you like best? Influitive is easy to use and fairly self explanatory. Coaches are great, and the training is conveniently planned and easy to follow. What do you dislike? Turn end users into your sales people

What do you like best? Seamless, out of the box integration with SFDC and several other sales and marketing applications. What do you dislike? The best way to connect with clients

What do you like best? The ability to target challenges to specific groups of clients. What do you dislike? The reporting is not nearly as robust as I would like it to be. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask a lot of questions during implementation! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client community and advocacy. We had zero online reviews prior to the launch of influitive and now we have close to 50.

Influitive results were better than expected

What do you like best? Influitive is very user friendly. From creating challenges that encourage customer action to viewing reports on your success, Influtive just works. What do you dislike? Great community building app

What do you like best? The gamification part of this platform is exciting for both the company and our customers. What do you dislike? Separating challenges for customers with multiple products in the same hub What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to get many of our advocates to participate in a customer ebook using the influitive platform! Great for our referencing programs.

What do you like best? I think it's just as good as any other platform but is WAY too expensive. What do you dislike? I don't see the point in it most days. I can connect with my current customers in much cheaper ways. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? it is pretty easy to navigate and set up your instance. Influitive has a lot of helpful examples and hints about current trends and what is working. We were able to get fantastic turnaround on some of our asks. For example, within 2 days we were able to get around 12-15 user reviews on different software review platforms. What do you dislike?
